Returns & Exchanges

  1. Original Artworks: Because each piece is unique, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.

  2. Damaged Items: If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and artwork so we can arrange a refund.

  3. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing me at bettykayton@gmail.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been prepared or shipped.
