Original Artworks
Because each piece is unique, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.
Damaged Items
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of both the packaging and the artwork so we can arrange a refund. Refunds are processed once the item has been returned.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing bettykayton@gmail.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been prepared or shipped.
